Total Body Conditioning TBC uses a variety of movements to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn. The exercises performed use a variety of tools - steps, hand weights, kettle bells, resistance bands & your own body weight for resistance - just to name a few.

There is a lot of side-to-side moving accompanied by hip shaking. The music is a Latin and club feel, that pumps out infectious beats that make you want to keep moving even after the hour is over!
Pilates Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
Yoga Flow Yoga flow is a slow and deep practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. The practice is done mostly sitting or lying on the mat. Postures are held from one to five minutes. This class requires no previous yoga experience and brings about a relaxing, calm and meditative yoga practice.
