HIIT Bootcamp HIIT Bootcamp uses High Intensity Interval Training to challenge your endurance, strength, and agility. Each class is unique and could include a wide variety of equipment, such as step boxes, weights, kettlebells, resistance balls, and bands. There is even the occasional cardio burnout with rounds of Cardio Boxing. We welcome all fitness levels and provide options for low and high impact.
Work It Circuit Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. This training is superb for general fitness and caters to a wide variety of fitness levels.
Muscle Mania Don’t be fooled when you see the name! You’re not going to be working out along side your favorite WWE stars, but you’re guaranteed to improve strength and build lean muscle throughout the entire body by challenging all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, curl, and more. Each class will include a variety of techniques from body weight to free weights to help you increase muscle definition and intensity through isolation and proper form, all while honing in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just starting your fitness journey, this class is for YOU!
Yoga Flow Yoga flow is a slow and deep practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. The practice is done mostly sitting or lying on the mat. Postures are held from one to five minutes. This class requires no previous yoga experience and brings about a relaxing, calm and meditative yoga practice.
