Monday Madness Start the week off right with Monday Madness. A combination of cardio and strength exercises using unique equipment options. There is not a set format and every class is different. Eighty percent (80%) of the class is resistance training which creates long, lean muscles, and twenty percent (20%) of the class is cardio movements to increase endurance.
Pumped Up Strength Pumped Up Strength is a muscular endurance program that focuses on functional movement patterns that dynamically integrate the upper and lower body. All fitness levels are welcome.
Power Endurance This is a high energy cardio focused class. Class formats typically alternate between an athletic step class or cardio kickboxing. All fitness levels are welcome and options are provided for low and high impact.
Functional Fitness This class includes exercises that are designed to train and develop your muscle strength so that you can perform your everyday tasks and activities safer and easier. Functional fitness also emphasizes core stability, balance, agility and increased muscle strength. All levels welcome!
HIIT Bootcamp HIIT Bootcamp uses High Intensity Interval Training to challenge your endurance, strength, and agility. Each class is unique and could include a wide variety of equipment, such as step boxes, weights, kettlebells, resistance balls, and bands. There is even the occasional cardio burnout with rounds of Cardio Boxing. We welcome all fitness levels and provide options for low and high impact.
