Senior Sculpt Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a ball all are offered for resistance. Line Dancing Learn the moves to some popular line dances as well as some new choreography to some oldies but goodies. Line Dancing class provides low to mid cardio intensity and full body movement. This class is excellent for all ages. Come join the party!
